Compensation: $9-13 per hour depending on level of experience.
25-30 Hours a week with the option to be Full-Time 40 hours a week in the next 3 months.

Requirements/Experience:
- Must have 3+ years of Web Design experience
- Must Have at least 1 year of Yahoo Stores Web Design Experience (RTML)
- Must Have 2+ years Web Conversion Rate Improvement Experience
- Knowledge of web standards and online marketing
- Must know HTML, JAVA, VB, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Should have and Database functionality knowledge
- Extensive experience solving browser compatibility issues
