Desired Experience and Skills:

Experience setting up and maintaining an ESB
Experience using Spring and related technologies
Experience working on web-based, database driven systems
Experience with web services
Excellent knowledge of SQL and databases
Experience with large-scale ERP or ecommerce systems
Experience with multiple programming languages
Experience with high-volume transactional systems
Experience with the Linux operating system
a BS in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Required Experience and Skills:

A desire to make work fun and enjoyable (this is first on the list for a reason)
You must eat, sleep, and drink Java (both the programming language and the beverage)
Experience using an ESB (Camel/ServiceMix/Mule/etc)
Experience using JMS and ActiveMQ (or another message broker) in a high volume production environment
3+ years programming experience
