DUTIES
? Data entry for general account maintenance.
? Answer merchant calls from a phone queue and respond to email inquires regarding their merchant account.
? Utilize reporting systems to research merchant transaction issues.
? Help merchants reconcile their bank accounts by compiling information in Excel.
? Develop an understanding of rate structures and the Visa/MasterCard pricing system.
? Assist in improving procedures and efficiency.
? Additional duties may be assigned as required.
