Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform clerical and other various duties at home office for two married entrepreneurs in the Barrington area.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reconciling multiple monthly brokerage & bank statements
Opening daily mail
Prompt payment of Bills
Scheduling doctors appointments
Scheduling service calls for maintenance of premises & grounds
Making personal/business travel arrangements
Maintaining all household files
Other Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the family calendar
Screening telephone calls/emails
Run errands if needed
Perform a variety of other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business/finance helpful, not mandatory
Experience with Quicken personal financial software essential
Exceptional writing, communication and organizational skills
In-depth computer skills -- proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Business administration experience helpful
Prior work history w/ impeccable references
Must pass general honesty test & fingerprint background check
