We are highly interested in developers with the following qualities:

* Familiarity with Agile methods including Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, Simple Design and Continuous Integration
* Experience with Rails development and deployment
* Extensive skills with at least one other modern language - such as Java or C#
* Mastery of OO design and design patterns
* Proven ability to lead small teams and mentor junior colleagues
* Ruby community involvement and seek to share knowledge through blogs, user groups and conferences
* You will thrive in a team environment and be supportive of the give and take needed to work in a highly effective way with others
* You get a great sense of pride building strong and empathetic relationships with clients
* You can understand a complex domain
