Duties will include the following:
? Preparing and submitting payroll on a bi-weekly basis
? Assisting Controller with month-end close and account analyses
? Calculating sales commissions
? Submitting 401K contributions and reconciling reports
? Preparation of sales and other miscellaneous county and city tax returns
? Provide frequent interim reports to management as-needed
? Other office duties may also be required
Job requirements:
? Well organized professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Solid ADP experience
? Minimum of 5 years experience with Payroll and other office and accounting functions
? Able to work well with a team
? Responsible to a fault and able to handle deadline pressures
