Front Wait Staff
2-3 years of current fine dining service experience (captain experience a plus)
Ability to maintain both a sense of urgency and a professional, engaging tableside presence
Skilled in synchronized service with a passion for excellence in fine dining
Solid wine knowledge

Food Runner-Busser

2-3 years of current fine dining experience as Food Runner or Busser
Ability to maintain both a sense of urgency and a professional, engaging tableside presence
Skilled in synchronized service with a passion for excellence in fine dining

Host Staff

Upscale host experience in a fine dining restaurant
AM/PM availability
Weekend availability
Guest-focused, professional approach to service

Dishwasher Staff

Weekend availability
Experience is a plus
