More infoPrideStaff is in need of highly skilled 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Machinists, CNC Machinists, and Welders and Fabricators for a large privately owned Manufacturing Company located in the Downers Grove, IL area.

These are Temporary-To-Hire positions with pay starting from $14.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience and skill set and offer overtime opportunities. Plus a raise at hire on and great benefits!

Shift 1: 6am to 2pm M-F

Shift 2: 2pm to 10pm M-F, 5% pay premium

Shift 3: 10pm to 6am S-R, 10% pay premium

All shop associates will get a 15 minute break and 30 minute lunch paid during their 8-hour shift

Machinist

3+ years experience setting up and operating engine lathes and drill presses.

Experience working from blue prints.

Experience with micrometers and calipers.

Capable of performing basic layout work.

Pay range $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Positions available for 2nd or 3rd shift

CNC Machinist

3+ years experience setting up and operating CNC lathes, Mazak and/or Mori Seiki a plus.

Experienced with machine programming in conversational and g-code.

Experienced working from blue prints.

Experienced with micrometers and calipers.

Capable of performing basic layout work.

Pay range $16.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience

Positions available for 2nd or 3rd

Welder

3+ years TIG welding experience, tube and pipe experience preferred.

Experienced working from blue prints.

Pay range $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Positions available for 1st, 2nd or 3rd

Welder/Fabricator

3+ years stick welding experience, pipe and chamber experience preferred.

Must be able to lay out and tack own work.

Experienced working from blue prints.

Pay range $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience
