Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Formulate strategy to announce Club opening
- Formulate strategy to realize benefits offered by relationship with sister Club
- Managing employee promotions program by generating leads, training staff how to promote the club(s), and measuring success
- Professional graphic design and photoshop experience
- Website maintenance and design
- Online advertising
- Search engine optimization
- Measure, analyze, report and react to the performance of campaigns on both search engines and web site properties
- Advertise and establish a fan base on social networking websites such as:
a. Facebook
b. Twittter
c. MySpace
c. YouTube
- Managing Club billboard budget
- Radio advertising: Campaign strategy and rate negotiation
- Managing Club merchandise
- Developing innovative marketing strategies to attract upscale clientele
- Building and managing client databases
- Organizing VIP parties
- Cultivating relationships with other Hospitality Company professionals
- Other duties designated by Executive Mgmt
Qualifications include:
- Marketing or other business degree preferred
- Hospitality industry marketing experience beneficial, but not necessary
- Database mgmt experience helpful
- Proficiency in graphic design & photoshop
- Ability to motivate and build a team
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends when necessary
