What We Are Planning:
We plan to establish and grow a dry van OTR division, 100% Owner Operator Based. We currently have partnerships with leaders in the industry (such as NLM Landstar, BNSF Logistics, and other).

Who We Are Looking For:
- A self starter professional not afraid to tackle a project and take it to completion.
- Has reputation and following in the Owner Operator Market.
- Ethics and Honesty are a must.
- PROVEN experience in OTR Dispatch and OTR fleet management (while we have the backbone in safety and compliance issues)
- Guided by ethics, professionalism, and the belief that hard work IS rewarded.

What We Offer:
- Base Salary for 40hrs a week.
- Unlimited Income potential in the form of commissions for realistic benchmarks achieved.

- Work closely with company ownership in establishing and achieving benchmarks.

* Bilingual, trilingual is a plus but not necessary.
