RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques as well as to walk-in customers

- Assist personal & business customers with their storage needs

- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals

- Sell related merchandise (locks, boxes, bubble wrap)

- Offer insurance products to protect customers' stored property

- Make collection calls

- Take care of leases

- Make bank deposits

- Perform property maintenance/upkeep

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for candidates with retail/sales experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic sales team.
