Company drivers start at $.0.40 per mile and you could make $.45 within just six months!
- If refresher course is needed, you start at .30cpm and after 60 days you go up to .35cpm and so on. You can lease after 90 days. 9-12 months you can be at $.45cpm.
Owner operators $1.44/mile loaded and $1.34 empty. 2006 and newer truck required.
Lease earn $0.94/mile without hazmat or $1.00/mile with hazmat plus fuel surcharge. FSC this week $.44cpm

Detention pay $35/hr after first 2 hours.

4 day orientation in Kansas City, MO (Bus ticket provided).

Driver Qualifications
? Minimum 23 years of age.
? 2 Years OTR Required or Refresher course with the following: 3 months OTR tractor trailer experience with Truck Driving School or 18 months OTR experience without school within the last 7 years.
? Have a stable verifiable work history.
? No positive drug screens. No weapons or drug charges of any kind.
? Have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
? No DOT preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
? Have a valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement. (Hazmat can be obtained during orientation process). We only haul about 5% total of hazmat, but get the higher pay either way.
? Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen, both of which are paid by company.
? Be able to perform functions in job description.
