? Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
? Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
? Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
? Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
? Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
? Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
? Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages.
? Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing,
Mailing and filing.
? Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, letters, etc. . . using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office.
? Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
? Make travel arrangements for all staff.
? Order all office equipment and supplies.
? Support staff in assigned project-based work.
? Run necessary errands, including picking up food for lunch meetings
? Any other duties as assigned by any Executives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management
and general administration.
? Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers,
telephone systems, copiers and facsimile machines.
? Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
? Must operate in a professional manner, both in conduct and appearance
? Must be computer literate, including a strong background using common Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
? Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
? Must possess a valid driver's license
