We are interviewing focused, hard working BRUNCH/EGG cooks for the weekends at an exciting new concept that fuses a live concert venue, restaurant and working winery. Please be available Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 2:00pm. This job is part-time but guaranteed 24 hours per week.
Our venue hosts a wide variety of events including a la carte dining, fast paced concert service, banquet dining, and receptions. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in advancing their food and wine knowledge while working with a team that shares a passion for the entertainment and culinary world.
Culinary degrees are not necessary. Strong egg cookery and speed are. Applicants need at least five years' experience in the high volume brunch operations and:
