Job Description: Seeking a self-motivated individual to fill a Customer Service position at a fast growing auto transportation management firm. Our established customer base includes car dealerships, auctions, and private owners. Primary responsibility includes handling incoming and outgoing calls from our clients requesting our services, preparing quotations, and working with our suppliers. Customer Service Representatives handle each customer's request by using our CRM database to effectively manage the logistics cycle.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- BA/BS Degree Preferred
Qualifications: -1-3 years in inside sales, account management, customer service, or business to business sales experience - Excellent phone skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized - Energetic and positive attitude

Compensation:
- Starting compensation schedule dependent on previous work experience
