We are looking for an ace marketing professional, with experience in the Restaurant Industry, to share the responsibilities and to own the marketing activities for a diverse collection of more than 40 + operations.? As the Director of the marketing team on the west coast, your role includes supporting the Vice President of Marketing, you will help lead proactive partnership and reactive support of PRG restaurants with a team of talented support -- in-house & agency.

Proactive Partnership -- Be the face of Patina Marketing for our West Coast Directors & Vice Presidents of Operations.?Be Food Bloggers' best friend.? Partner with CA's premier chefs.? Be a vital part of the restaurant scene, cultural institutions and sports & entertainment establishments.

Reactive Support -- Keep the menus on the pages and sales collateral in stock, bring to life compelling website content, oversee communication of marketing plans with PRG management & restaurant operations, and most importantly win the trust & respect of managers, chefs & PRG management.

Develop and activate the West Cost Marketing plan, which could include:

Partner with LACMA to launch a news-making culinary celebration with one of LA's Chef starsPlan a marketing campaign that sells out a live-music New-Year's-Eve event at the Music CenterUnveil a premium after Opera toast for the under-40 set to build new businessLaunch a series of summer evenings with leading?brewers at Downtown LA's best steakhouseForget wine dinners; develop Wine Months with pairings, seasonal dishes, special appearances by Wine Makers & celebrity Wine Aficionados, live Twitter interviews, YouTube simulcastsBring the heritage of several of LA's iconic restaurants into the spotlight of today's fast-moving media landscapeGrow a happy hour and late-night scene at some of the most beautiful dining rooms in Southern CaliforniaLaunch an initiative to use the smart phone in your pocket as the key to accessing guests when they are not in the lounge or at the tableDevelop a calendar to bring PRG's high caliber chefs to So Cal's most influential charitable eventsWrite about food -- a lot!
