Job Description:
Entry Level Flash eLearning Developer will create interactive computer learning modules that meet the specifications of instructional design documents and update software as requested by clients and quality assurance team members.
The primary duties of this position are:
? Developing interactive learning modules using Adobe Flash Professional
? Creating and editing media using Adobe Photoshop
? Maintaining software updates and ensuring the highest quality products using technologies like Test Track Pro
? Interfacing with development and design teams and completing assigned tasks in timely and efficient manner
Additional opportunities of this position include:
? Developing components, designing interfaces, and constructing templates to further enhance software production
? Programming object-oriented classes and modules for software development tools
? Communicating with clients and participating in creative brain storming sessions
Job Requirements:
? Strong familiarity with Windows based operating systems
? Excellent communication skills
? Motivated and passionate attitude towards work
? Able to self-manage responsibilities and interface with team for creative brainstorming sessions
? Goes beyond the requirements of assignments and invents new solutions
Ideal Skills:
? Familiarity using Adobe Flash Professional
? Object-Oriented programming skills
