We are looking for 2 sales associates for outside sales positions. Business is great right now with the heat. The heat is actually the salesperson. I need you to get a signed contract and schedule the work. We are a very reputable company and do very little advertising. Most of our work is all referal/ word of mouth. I am looking to take the business to the next level. I am looking to tripple in size and hire on more employees.

This position is a commission based position . The commission we pay is the most generous in the industry.
. Duties of the sales position.
1) Generate leads. I will give you SOME leads that i cannot get to. I have a customer base of over 1000 , so any customers that need furnace or a/c installs i will pass off the . I will show you where i would like you to target the areas and will go with you on as many leads until you feel comfortable. Also with the new governmental regulations going into effect EVERYONE that has a furnace will be affected.
2) Go to the customer or potential customer location look at the equipment and give them a quote.
3) If accepted get a signed contract and deposit.
4) Schedule the work. Usually 1-2 days away.
5) When the work is completed you will get your commission same day i get full payment from the customer. NO WAITING TO GET PAID.

Thats it. You really should be able to speak clearly and dress nicely. Present yourself in a very professional manner.
A weekly pay of $1000- $1500 is easily obtainable right now if you are a GO GETTER. I dont want anyone that thinks thy can sit on the computer and wait for calls to come in. It doesnt work that way.
It may take you a couple doys to a couple weeks to familiarize yourself with the HVAC industry.
Work as little or as much as you want to get paid.
