Job Description:
? Creates a warm and welcome environment
? Manages front of the house
? Solicits new business through networking with clients and local businesses
? Keeps appropriate staff updated on the special event schedule ensuring that all needs are taken care of
? Responsible for overall event coordination
? Creates and manages a marketing plan for special events.
? Awareness to details in overseeing special event operations

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

? Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
? Requires at least 1 year full time of closely related bartending experience, work experience in start up, med to high volume or casual/fine dining restaurant environment preferred
? Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation keeping updated on new and revised beverage recipes. Create new profitable drinks
? Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
? Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with wide range of diverse customers
? Respect the privacy of the clients and will not post and/or share client personal information
? Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
? Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
? Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
