We are a full service national dermatopathology laboratory serving dermatology offices in the Greater Chicago area.
Compass is a state-of-the-art facility and the only dermatologist-owned laboratory of its kind in the USA that offers such a comprehensive range of diagnostic testing on dermatological specimens.

Compass DermPath is a rapidly growing company seeking to establish a network of sales executives in the greater Chicago area, focusing on Dermatology.
We also encourage Independent sales executives to partner with us to increase their book of business.

The ideal candidate should possess:

*Prior Medical sales experience.
*Existing business leads among regional Dermatologist and related specialties
*Experience in managing an independent territory
*Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree
*Ability to cold call and generate ongoing leads
*Ability to follow up and close deals
*Professional attitude, including proper business attire and grooming
*Excellent communication skills, as well as a fluency in English

Job responsibilities will include:

*Managing Greater Chicago and surrounding metro areas
*Generating new business and maintaining close relations with client base
*Interacting with targeted physicians and support staff
*Maintaining communication with management
*Possessing a thorough knowledge and understanding of all promoted products
*Understanding key competitors and how they compare to our product offering

Compensation is starting Base +commission on revenue after meeting base commensurate with experience and performance.
Potential to earn $80-$100K first year; $100K+ year two and after.
Training will be provided, but prior experience should enable any candidate to hit the ground running, especially possessing existing business contacts in the Dermatology industry.
