Requirements include:
? Currently employed in a senior sales capacity.
? 5 to 10 years of sales or sales management experience for a manufacturing or distribution company. Relationship management experience is required.
? Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering from a strong school. MBA preferred.
? Extremely high desire to succeed.
? Passion for serving customer needs.
? Willingness to travel extensively, i.e. weekly for extended stays.
? Willingness to be subjected to extensive testing and evaluation.

Compensation will include a salary/bonus commensurate with experience and material equity ownership in the new venture.
