Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
? Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
? Focus on business development and achieving production goals.
? Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
? Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate existing and potential customers about insurance options.
? Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each and every day.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
? Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal and listening.
? Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing preferred.
? Success driven and goal oriented.
? Self motivated individual who takes pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
? An outgoing personality that thrives on interaction with others.

? Ability to make presentations to potential clients.
? Experienced in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, Word & Excel.
? Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license, Life & Health license, Series 6 or 7 license, and Series 63 license. Paid training will be provided to obtain these licenses.
