JOB: Level III phone support of time and mission critical proprietary systems, excellent customer service of potentially very high stress customers and situations. Must have fantastic attitude and communication skills- natural tendency for great customer service. This company's system saves lives!
REQUIRED:
*AS or BS degree, technical preferred, required: A+, MCP, (+network preferred) and/or MCTS certifications
*Heavy phone customer service experience references will be checked
*Minimum 4 year experience, 6+ years preferred.
*System administration experience, Level III, network Op Server
*Ability to handle challenging, time-sensitive customer service technical issues while maintaining professionalism. Must achieve high level of customer service satisfaction.
*Proprietary software experience
*Well organized, energetic, positive attitude, great communication skills --written and verbal
*Excellent writing/documentation skills absolutely required for interaction with clients in the health care industry, which are subject to later audit (example: ticketing)
*Ability to multi-task, prioritize demanding work load, team player, but also work independently
*Ability to work on-call, travel to sites as needed, have reliable transportation, drivers license.
*Troubleshooting, interpreting, analyzing technical problems.
*Familiarity with DB software, proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service.
*Gather/analyze information accurately; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations.
*Heavy knowledge and support servers and desktops for Windows 2000/2003/2008, XP Pro,Windows 7 Pro, desktop support/maintenance, hardware experience with servers/workstations, enterprise network infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, VPN, configuring, maintaining anti-virus software, Windows Updates, IIS, Terminal Services
*Assist Lead and Senior Personnel in projects; communicate changes and progress.
*Complete projects on time and budget.
*Follow policies/procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support company goals and values.
*Must successfully complete training and certification for proprietary application.
*Experience working in a 24x7 operation. Must have clean drivers record, travel may be up to 20%, Passport a plus.
*Experience with (ERP) and (CRM) software is a plus.
*Willing to work OT and to undergo background check and random drug testing.
*Must be able to carry/ lift equipment weighing > 50 lb., and hear alarms.
