Where are all the A team servers in Chicago? Vermilion is looking for qualified, energetic and personable full time Servers for contemporary Latin/Indian fusion restaurant in River North. Require someone willing to exceed expectations. Must have at least 2 years experience in a high end (3 STAR) restaurant and be very team oriented. SOLID WINE, SPIRITS AND BEVERAGE KNOWLEDGE A MUST. This positions requires flexibility and an open availability to work weekdays, weekends and major holidays. Servers applying need to be BASSET certified.
