Food Truck Kitchen and Sales (wicker park)

More infoWe are looking for a positive and high energy individual to help manage the kitchen for our newly launched food truck. Duties will include prep, dish washing & general kitchen duties.

- 2 years of experience
- Knife Skills is a plus
- Sanitation Certificate required
- Must be able to work line independently.
- Knowledge of how to maintain a kitchen and follow sanitation requirements
- Assist the chef in the kitchen operations
- Incredible organizational skills and high integrity are essential.
- A good driving record a must.
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and organized.
- Immediate need
