Position Summary:
CSG is happy to announce an exciting opportunity for you to exercises your sales skills to develop an effortless customer sales experience, driving results for the Office 365 sales team. Primarily working as a sales trainer and mentor to a sales team, we need your knowledge of Microsoft offerings to coach existing sales teams on product knowledge and proven sales methodologies to close opportunities.

Essential Functions:
? Strong Microsoft product knowledge to act as the Office 365 launch expert within the client sales organization.
? Ability to act as the product SME within client organization
? Guide and train the client Sales Experts to assume the role in a "Train the Trainer" model with the intent of building out an entirely internal team.
? Proven track record of account management and/or inside sales skills
? Drive Office 365 sales
? Sales & Sales Support Accountabilities:
1. Creates/assists with sales proposals
2. Pricing quotes
3. Customer demos
4. Helps with contracting
5. Customer appointments
6. Support for Blitz days -- can participate with lead follow-up
7. Ordering support
8. Trouble call support
? Training and Leadership:
9. Sharing best practices
10. Proactive training
11. Side-by-side coaching

Required Qualifications:
? Demonstrated ability to train and manage an inside and outside sales force
? Substantial sales experience (preferably technology sales)
? In depth knowledge of Microsoft offerings (preferably Office 365)
? Proven written and verbal communications skills
? Strong relationship building skills
? Time management and organizational skills
? Easily converse with all levels in an enterprise organization

Ideal Qualifications:
? Knowledge of the Telco/wireless space
? Working knowledge of volume and hosted software licensing models
? Solution selling experience and formal training
? Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Office suite
? BA/BS in business or related discipline
