Northside valuation and financial consulting firm seeks part-time assistance from degreed individual with financial accounting, finance or economics background to assist in delivery of valuations solutions to our clients. Our firm advises clients in areas of strategic and tax planning, ESOPs, fairness opinions, buy-sell agreements, financing, and mergers & acquisitions. Initial focus will be on review and analysis of financial statements including ratio analysis, financial modeling and projections.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics required. Minimum of 5 years of related or complementary experience desired. No recent graduates or individuals with full-time employment.

Familiarity with valuation analysis including cost, market and income approaches a plus.

Flexible hours 10-20 hours per week. Perfect part-time opportunity for business graduate student or appropriately skilled professional with desire to work part-time.
