Fannie May is currently seeking successful, energetic individuals for Retail Shop Managers for our well-established retail shop location, located in Lincolnwood/Niles,Wheaton/Lombard, Northern and Western Suburbs.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, previous retail management experience and a love for chocolates!
Responsibilities include:
• Successful sales generation
• Management of staff including scheduling, hiring, etc.
• Store presentation & merchandising
• Operations/administrative tasks including productivity improvements
• Managing shrink, ordering product, and ensuring hygiene & quality standards are met.

Qualifications for these positions include:
• Minimum of one year of retail management and/or training experience required; excellent communication & motivational skills
• Ability to regularly stand and walk during shift
