-Night shifts, open availability and be comfortable with POS/ Micros systems.
-Friendly approach with excellent customer service and social skills.
-Polished and warm mannered, outgoing and friendly. Team player and enthusiastic.
-Weekend /night / flexible hours/availability.
-Experience with Liquor, wine, presentation, protocol.
-Great multi tasker and able to work with others well.

Line Cook -
-2 years minimum experience , Italian knowledge preferred .
-Ideal candidate will have sauté , grill & pantry experience .
- Must have weekend & holiday availability .
-Open dinner & private parties only.

Busboy-
-Ideal candidate will have excellent work ethic entailing cleaning and working in a very fast paced environment at times .
- Must have weekend & holiday availability.

Hostess-
-Pleasant with well rounded people skills,
-Multi tasker who is able to think quickly on his/her feet.
-Basic computer skills .
-Great work ethic.
