40 Hours/Week - iSold It on eBay Customer Service/eBay Lister/Shipper (Orland Park, IL)

More infoiSold It, a new chain of "clicks and mortar" eBay drop off stores, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/eBay Lister/Shipper Position in Orland Park, IL.
This position will require work five (5) days per week, including Saturdays. 40 hours per week maximum. 8 hour shifts per day.

*** Note *** This is not a temp. position. This is a permanent position. If you are looking for seasonal work, do not apply.

Successful candidates MUST:
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Have successful retail experience.
* Be Tech Savvy -- able to quickly get up to speed on internal systems and our auction management software.
* Be highly motivated self-starters excited about working in a start-up environment.
* Be personable - able to interact well with customers and motivate a team of employees.

Experienced with eBay is preferred. Any type of selling/sales experience is a plus.

Customer Service/eBay Lister/Shipper responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in check-in process of customers
* Providing first-rate customer service to eBay bidders and store customers
* Photographing, writing ad copy, & listing items on eBay
* Packing & Shipping eBay items
