- Work with the Area Sales Manager and Beauty Advisor to achieve sales plan.
- Develop, plan and execute in-store make- over / skin care events and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Provide specialized make -- up and skin care consultations to customers.
- Earn a base salary plus commission on all of your Cosmetics sales.

All applicants must have open availability Sunday -- Saturday, have reliable transportation as public transportation does not run to this location consistently, and be able to work extended hours during the holiday season. The ideal candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills and selling ability. Previous cosmetics and supervisory experience are a must. Previous retail experience is preferred.
