1) Maintain case docket and schedule,
2) keep all paper files up to date and organized,
3) perform legal research as needed, and
4) file pleadings with the various clerk's offices
Your responsibilities can and will grow as your knowledge does
and we gain respect for your ability to consistently produce quality results in a timely manner.
You will gain experience and knowledge in and of all aspects of the legal profession.
This could lead to a full time position after graduation and bar completion.
We work in a very casual, but not necessarily always relaxed environment.
