Position is part-time to start and will become full time, Monday through Friday but may have to work a few weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic reception: including answering phones, distributing mail and filing
Provide outstanding customer service
Assisting real estate agents
Data entry and maintaining databases
Making copies, stuffing packets
Lead specific office administrative tasks and projects
Must have good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Administrative experience is required; real estate experience is a plus.
