Responsibilities:
? Meet or exceed annual planned sales goal
? Monitor sales goals by store on a monthly basis; adjust as necessary to ensure territory goal is executed
? Strong motivation and ability to handle several different roles within territory (sales, training and merchandising)
? Coordinate and execute major in-store events and promotions
? Actively participate in the planning and development of territory
? Partner with store management to identify business-driving opportunities
? Connect with store management and associates to create brand support and visibility
? Visit assigned stores regularly
? Interview, recruit, train and motivate makeup artists
? Implement effective sales strategies and incentives
? Monitor SPH of artistry team
? Conduct training classes when needed
? Ensure maintenance of visual guidelines
? Monitor stock and communicate stock concerns to VP-Sales

Requirements:
? 1 to 2 years of prior retail sales experience
? Cosmetic experience preferred
? Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
? Ability to train, coach and develop a team of highly successful makeup artists
? Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
? Ability to regularly travel overnight and visit various markets
? Must be available to work weekends

Salary Range:
$30,000 - $39,000 + Car Allowance and Bonus Potential
