The Instituto Hospitality Management & Entrepreneurship program takes a unique holistic 21st century approach to education known as "THINK + CREATE". Students not only think and develop traditional technical skills -left brain approach such as using tests, logic, facts, math, and systems but also create or develop a right brain approach such as problem solving, creativity, passion, adventure, and possibilities .
Our kitchen & dining room environments along with training in social media and technology make our students well rounded for today's industry needs.

Our program help's an individual to become a great leader in a management career and or create their own job in entrepreneurship by starting a foodservice business. Foodservice businesses range from traditional "brick & mortar" (restaurants, cafes, franchises, bars) to mobile concepts (mobile trucks, food carts-kiosks, catering) to a food technology startup (smartphone -- web applications, ecommerce).

Our upcoming management course is 9 weeks divided into 3 modules for $2400. Another option is take any 3 week module for $800.
We are 10% of the cost & time from traditional colleges and universities.
