Requirements:
Must be well rounded on all apartment maintenance including:
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-Appliance Repair
-HVAC
-Apartment Turnover
-Lock Changes
-All other basic Tasks of Apartment Maintenance

Looking for someone that Has previous apartment maintenance experience. Must be honest, hardworking, dedicated, be part of on call location. Must have clean criminal background and valid drivers license.
