We are rapidly expanding and are in need of a talented individual to join our team. The position will require an entrepreneurially minded individual who can take on varied responsibilities. The Office and Project Manager will work closely with the president/owner to carry out daily responsibilities and assist in strategic planning.

Position details
? Handling escalated customer support issues
? Designing newsletters and banners
? Assisting with merchandise buying
? Managing ecommerce responsibilities
? Coordinating with copywriter for product descriptions, blogs, and newsletters
? Planning sale and promotion calendar
? Setting up newsletters
? Creating employee schedules
? Paying invoices

Qualifications:
? Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
? Time management and organization skills
? Fast and efficient
? Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
? Presents a professional image in appearance, words and actions
? Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
? Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
? Graphic design experience is preferred (Photoshop)

Training and employment will take place in our Cicero Office/Warehouse located on 2239 S Laramie Ave, Cicero, IL 60804. Office hours are 9:30am-6pm Monday through Friday.
