We are currently seeking a qualified Practice Administrator -- Radiation/Oncology to join our team for a full-time opportunity. UCMC offers a highly competitive hourly wage, and also offers a great benefits package.

The Practice Administrator is primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of the ambulatory practice and actively supports the mission and initiatives of UCMC/BDM. The Practice Administrator promotes excellence in all areas of ambulatory operations and serves as the champion of related process improvement efforts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ambulatory practice operations Customer service Referring physician relationships and marketing Compliance and risk management Practice administration and leadership Quality and safety Personnel management Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred Significant prior experience managing in an ambulatory environment, preferably in an academic medical center Action oriented leader Special skills in selecting and mentoring a high quality, effective management teamwork Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with special ability to work effectively with physicians Proven ability to lead change, organize teams, and delegate appropriately Ability to use data to drive performance improvement
