St Charles Toyota is launching a new division of our service department. We are currently looking for the following position(s). All applicants must be able to meet pre-hire requirements and background checks. We are looking for high energy/highly motivated personalities. Willing to train in some positions, other will required verified previous experience. Compensation varies based on position and experience.

Service Advisor(s) (Full Time) - Ability to handle high volume, fast paced, highly automated service drive. Must have ADP experience, ASE C-1, X Time scheduler experience preferred. Strong ability to achieve high CSI scores and work in team set up with technicians. Must have min 5 years dealership experience. Higher than average computer skills are required. 5 day week that includes Saturday with weekday off.

Express Maintenance advisor(s) (Full Time) - entry level position handling limited vehicle services with a dedicated quick moving process. 4 day work week schedule(s) that may include Saturday and/or evenings/early mornings. Must have great people skills and ability to adjust to fast moving process. Great opportunity for retired Automotive technician.

Service drive greeter(s) (Part Time) - Very people friendly and able work on tablet greeting customer's. Must be able to be on your feet extended periods of time and work in a environment that is subject to varied temperature conditions. Ability to assist customer's and be there liaison during there visit. Phones skills and computer skills are required to start, willing to train for other positions. Schedules do include Saturday hours.

All positions are subject to exhaust fumes, loud sounds and vehicle operation.
