The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing the demands of numerous competing responsibilities and take ownership of projects, while working directly for the Chief Executive Officer.

Skills and Knowledge:
- 0-3 years total experience, recent graduates and soon to be graduates encouraged
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in English, Business (emphasis on sales or marketing), Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or related field preferred
- Must be an outstanding writer, and can provide writing samples
- Highly motivated and willing to learn (a go-getter)
- Strong sense of confidence and maturity, excellent oral communication skills
- Great telephone skills and strong ability to think on your feet
- Strong Internet researching skills.
- Ability to self manage and work under minimal supervision
- Strong analytic, research and problem solving skills. Strategic and independent thinker.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
- Ability to edit and proof copy with a keen eye for detail
- Strong experience using Internet search engines and Microsoft Office programs
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of business
- Experience working directly with clients in sales or related field is desirable
- Familiarity with recruiting and/or search firms a plus
