PAWSitive Registrations Call Center Staff

PAWSitive Registrations, a nationwide customer service provider for pet retailers, is searching for experienced sales staff to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in the booming pet market. Our Pet Registrations Call Center is responsible for calling existing customers to sell products and services offered by PAWSitive solutions to customers who have recently purchased a puppy. You must be passionate, competitive, positive, determined and focused. You must have a willingness to learn, grow and provide industry-leading customer service (and have fun doing it). A sense of humor is non-negotiable and you must be a good sales person! The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should be able to demonstrate an employment history, which includes a proven record of consistently exceeding sales expectations.

Responsibilities:
? Generate sales leads in line with the strategic goals of the organization
? Coordinate the growth of sales across the channel ensuring target is met and you are striving for over achievement
? Responsible to devise and deliver sales/ new business/ forecasts reports to Senior Management when required
? Ensure that prospects and customer information is recorded accurately in the current CRM tool.
? To embed the practice of adding value through the sales process and exceeding customer expectations
? To consistently raise the bar and exceed team and business channel sales goals
? Influence referral opportunities by exceeding customer expectations
? Utilize appropriate tracking systems to document all internal and external interactions regarding a client
? Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high level of integrity
? Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
? Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships across all supporting departments
? Must be able to work a 30-35 hour work week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Required Skills
? A high level of emotional intelligence and a proficiency in solution and consultative selling
? Ability to highlight features and benefits as they relate to individual client needs
? Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome
