We are a new start up midsized regional construction company working for banks, realtors and lending institutions on foreclosed homes We are currently in need of 2-3 people with at least 5-10 years of hands on repair experience in most all types of construction including but not limited to plumbing, electric, trim carpentry, rough carpentry, vinyl flooring, hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, carpeting, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and insulation. This is a good long term opportunity with good growth potential for someone that works hard and fast. Our office is in Palatine IL which is where you would be required to start and finish your day. You will use our tools, our trucks and our gas. Starting Pay based on experience you will make at least $96.00 to $120.00 plus per day. The average pay check is $480.00 to $750.00 per week. You will be responsible for paying your own taxes. Our office is in Palatine IL which is where you would typically start and finish your day. You will get paid based on your knowledge, ability and learning curve. Once you are trained and capable you will get more pay. I start everyone out at $12.00 per hour for the first month or two. After this training period you will be raised to $13.00 per hour. If I feel that you are a fit after 6 months you could be raised to $14.00 per hour. You will be asked to work Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday hours as well. After 6-12 months you could be making $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. You must have a flexible schedule and live close to Palatine. In the beginning your hours will be varied depending on my work load. The more you can do the more hours you will get.
