Employee Group Benefits Account Manager (Chicago, IL)

QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT:
Minimum 2 years of insurance or related business experience needed. Experience servicing small and mid size, employee benefits preferred. Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience required. Life and health insurance producer license preferred and an ability to acquire one in 90 days is required. Professional certification (CEBS, GBA, PHR) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited to no supervision. Ability to handle and resolve client related issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required.

Salary is $25,000-$35,000 depending on experience.
