Position Responsibilities:

? Utilize managerial skills in developing a group of 35 -- 40 drivers
? Develop relationships with driving associates and be their point of contact if they encounter problems or have questions while on the road
? Conduct performance reviews to ensure that each driving associate is performing to their highest potential
? Help keep drivers safe and understand what each driving associate is capable of
? Track freight to its final destination to ensure on time delivery
? Communicate with customers when problems arise with a load

Position Qualifications:

? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields
? College graduate or 1-5 years of experience in transportation industry
? Must be able to work some weekends on a rotation basis
? Demonstrated track record of achievement and success
? Desires a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
? Competitive and driven to be successful
