? Experience managing in a banquet/production environment
? Strong team-building skills
? A strong ability to "finish" and present food in a creative and imaginative way
? A passion for creating, experimenting and developing new recipes
? Ability to evaluate, hire and teach technique
? Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
? Strong organizational skills as they relate to inventory control and freshness
? Experience with recipe software (Chef tec preferably)
? Off-premise field experience a plus
