In this role, you will be responsible for leading the efforts on the following:
? Provide timely, accurate analysis and succinct commentary of financial and commercial performance and monitor progress against plans
? Provide system and reporting solutions by liaising with IT function catalyze robust financial and feasibility analyses.
? Lead business planning and forecasting processes
? Provide strong financial decision support to Finance Leaders
? Ensure that all monthly, quarterly and annual corporate reporting and review requirements are fulfilled
? Provide standardized analytics, reports and data to Regional Strategic Analysts to facilitate timely assessment and communication of performance and growth opportunities
? Provide timely forecast updates for management awareness and decision-making
? Deliver special projects / ad-hoc financial reporting as needed
? Partner with functional departments and take lead in driving functional initiatives to impact business results
? Structure dashboards, indices and other analytics to proactively alert the organization about opportunities and issues
? Perform scenario planning and demonstrate impacts of strategies on the business to facilitate prioritization and decision making
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance, Business Analysis Fundamentals, Excel is required
* Excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Detail oriented, with the upmost discipline to meet deadlines
* Highly driven and able to learn quickly
* Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study
