Responsibilities:
? Manage sales, production, and office teams
? Recruit and train staff
? Manage business operations, including P&L reports and vendor relationships
? Lead and monitor all roofing projects
? Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by leading a successful team and customer follow up
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing residential roofing operations and a strong sales background. Competence in Microsoft Office, with organization and multi-tasking skills will enable success as a General Manager.
