The position of the Service Sales Rep is to sell maintenance agreements to Commercial/Industrial businesses. Experience in the mechanical contracting industry is not required but professional selling experience and the desire to learn is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
* Identify new business opportunities by direct cold calling, lead qualification, and referral follow-up.
* Influence and articulate key business solutions in an effective, persuasive and professional manner.
* Gain a solid understanding of mechanical systems to accurately appraise and inventory systems components, evaluate general conditions to recommend the appropriate maintenance program.
* Increase existing customer maintenance coverage and / or other services.
* Superior and compelling sales presentations.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:

* 4+ years of consultative sales experience in any industry with the opportunity to learn the mechanical contracting industry.
* A true "hunter" that is energized by cold calling prospective new customers.
* Strong ability to think on your feet.
* Solid comfort level with the ability to cold call/telephone skills.
* Enjoys running their own show and taking the initiative to act.
* A working knowledge of Word and Excel.
