Pool Director - Bryn Mawr Country Club is accepting applications for the position of Pool Director for the 2013 summer season. This is a seasonal position that begins in mid May and concludes Labor Day weekend. The successful candidate will need to be a certified Pool Operator in the state Illinois (or be currently seeking such a designation), be a certified life guard and have some experience in managing staff. We follow the standard operating procedures for safety within our pool operation. You will be responsible to hire, train, and if needed, fire staff to maintain the highest in safety for those in your charge.
