A Receptionist ensures that customers receive courteous and prompt services in accordance to company protocol both in person and over the phone. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a lot of teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and alphabetical file set up and maintenance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform detailed clerical work in a methodical, independent and thorough manner with speed and accuracy
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional customer service skills

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and distribute phone calls to appropriate personnel, assist customer when needed.
- Sort, open, distribute mail
- Process shipping reports
- Process Manufacturer's invoices
- Process Customer Invoicing
- Process daily banking deposits, file remittances
- Maintain job folders, create labels, and file
- Process shipping labels for parcel shipments
- Maintain office/kitchen supplies
- Maintain various logs
- Other duties, as needed

Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
